As a food reviewer of Foodjoyy, I was eager to experience what has been touted as one of Longmont's best breakfast spots. From the first whiff of brewing coffee to the beautifully plated dishes, every element spoke of passion and expertise. Many satisfied patrons have echoed similar sentiments, describing the breakfast offerings as nothing short of phenomenal. For instance, one enthusiast, Scott YKNOT! Mason, raved about the country fried steak and the presentation that included a coffee pot right at the table, perfect for those who savor each sip.
But breakfast at Le Peep is not just about the food; it’s also about the people. The establishment boasts an incredibly dedicated staff, many of whom have been with the restaurant for over 14 years. N Williams noted the warmth and kindness emanating from the staff, highlighting dishes like the huevos rancheros and the stuffed French toast as must-tries. These testimonials reflect a consistent commitment to both culinary and customer service excellence.
Among the highlights, the Eggs Benedict has received special acclaim from diners like David Reich, who emphasized the perfect execution of this classic dish. Additionally, the gluten-free menu has been a revelation for guests like Cat Wilson, who found the offerings inclusive and delicious, particularly enjoying their gluten-free waffle.
The ambiance at Le Peep enhances the dining experience, making it an inviting spot for families and friends alike. With reasonable prices, scrumptious food, and a friendly vibe, it’s clear why this restaurant has claimed a special place in the hearts of locals.

“ Great breakfast! I had the lumberjack breakfast with OJ and my wife had the La Petit French Toast. With coffee. We both asked for crispy bacon and it was cooked perfectly! Staff wad extremely friendly and good! Our wait staff person has worked there for 14 years! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended! ”
“ The staff are #1! Some have been working here for 14 years or more. They are so friendly and kind. The food is out of this world delicious. I am always trying new things. The huevos rancheros are the BEST I've ever had. They are so yummy. The stuffed French toast is so yummy. If people haven't been here, they need to make the trip!!! ”
“ Friendly establishment. A place that knows how to make a great Eggs Benedict. The coffee was really good too. ”
“ Haven't been here since high school, recently diagnosed with gluten issues so I was SO EXCITED they have a whole Gluten free menu! What a joy. Best waffle I've had in a long time - GF or not! Berta was our server, such a lovely person. Food was fast and fairly priced, nice atmosphere and they even gave us coffee to go! Will be back soon. ”
“ At first this feels like a classic American breakfast Cafe but it's actually quite a bit more. When you get to your table there's water already there with fresh glasses. Looking around you notice all the tables are equally prepared. The staff is good and works hard to make your experience enjoyable. Needless to say the food here is phenomenal and well worth your time and money! ”
“ We were looking for a breakfast place and thankfully found Le Peep! The food was so delicious and the GOOEY BUNS are to die for! We had the rainbow trout and eggs, cooked perfectly, and the DawnBreaker with chicken. All the food was seasoned perfectly so no additional salt or pepper needed. Also, the service is wonderful and the Covid precautions were in effect but still made for a wonderful dining experience! ”
“ The food and service are fantastic! The only drawback was that it was a bit loud inside which makes it difficult for conversations with those who have some hearing challenges. ”
